LILY GINSBURG

Talented and Driven Associate Attorney

As Reeves Amodio’s inaugural entry-level associate, Lily brings a distinct energy and enthusiasm to her practice of law. Her excellent research and writing skills are informed by her prior work as a law clerk for Justice Jennifer Henderson of the Alaska Supreme Court.

Under the mentorship of an array of experienced attorneys at the firm, Lily’s broad litigation practice focuses on business and commercial law, probate matters, natural resources law, administrative law, and real estate matters at both the trial and appellate level. She also routinely works on tort cases defending municipalities. Finally, Lily engages in a number of transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on drafting contracts or other agreements for small businesses located in Alaska.

Lily received her J.D. from U.C. Berkeley Law School in 2023. At Berkeley, Lily was an editor of the California Law Review. Her last year of law school was spent at Harvard, where she interned for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Prior to law school, she worked for Institutional Shareholder Services.

In her spare time, Lily likes to snowboard and attend adult open gym at Anchorage Gymnastics. She also regularly volunteers at Covenant House and is on the board of the Young Lawyers Section of the Anchorage Bar Association.
